What are the dimesnions of a guitar pick? 'Extra thin' (also known as 'extra light') guitar picks tend to be under 0.45 mm in thickness. 'Thin' (also known as 'light') guitar picks are between 0.45 mm and 0.70 mm. 'Medium' picks can vary somewhere between 0.60 and 0.80 mm in thickness. 'Heavy' guitar picks are usually between 0.80 and 1.2 mm in thickness.
My shop is equipped with a special fume extractor, water mister and with a pre filter. It’s always prudent to know what you’re cutting in your Glowforge. Poly Vinyl Chloride or PVC emits very dangerous fumes when cut with a laser. Do not cut PVC if you are not equipped with a fume extractor that is rated for PVC and solvents. Also PVC can ignite causing a fire. Laser Cut at your own risk.
